Incident Form

In the interest of everyone's safety as events take place, the League of Geeks has created an anonymous form for the purpose of reporting incidents of harassment, hazing, gatekeeping, discrimination, etc, whether they occur in-person or online. These behaviors are a violation of our Code of Conduct, and we wish to deal with them as quickly and fairly as possible, however we understand that not everyone is comfortable speaking directly to a League representative.

Email addresses will NOT be collected, however you have the option of attaching your name and contact information for follow-up. Additionally, you may be required to sign in with your @miamioh.edu address - this is simply to prevent potential spam or abuse. The form can be found at this link.
